What do middle school clarinetists and their reeds have in common? They both need a little support sometimes! That’s where ligatures come in—the tiny but essential clamps that gently hug the reed to the mouthpiece and help create a clear, focused sound.
Right now, several of our clarinetists are struggling with old, bent, or missing ligatures (one's being held together by hope and a rubber band).
With your help, we can provide strong, reliable ligatures that help our young musicians squeak less and shine more.
Better equipment means better tone, more confidence, and a whole lot less frustration. These kids are working hard to become better musicians—let’s give them the tools they need to hold it together (literally and musically).
