Help me give my students a safe place to store and charge the devices daily. It is important that the students learn how to take care of this technology and have a secure place to store them.

My Students
My students are from the heart of Brooklyn, NY. They range from grades sixth through eighth with a wide level of abilities. They are creative, thoughtful, and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically.
My classes are full of unique personalities who are creative, funny, dramatic, and mysterious: These students are amazing individuals that try to find the positive that life offers them even during the worst of times!
Our school is in the most wonderful part of Fort Greene Brooklyn in a diverse and vibrant community. It has many points of interest and students are always inquiring about our neighborhood.
They are very active and vibrant and are multi-sensory learners. My focus is to offer them a variety of learning experiences that are rigorous and student-centered. In order to accomplish my goal, I need to offer these students experiences that are intrinsically motivated by technology
My Project
This storage cart would allow the students to safely secure and charge the classroom Chromebooks.
Technology storage is the key to learning how to care.
Technology will help students appreciate the tools they have and help keep them safe for long-term use.
The Chromebooks are used as a means of accessing information and knowledge of other cultures as well as their own by creating independence and self-reliance. Offering them access to these tools increases their thirst for inquiry and be reinforced with the answers that they are seeking. Providing my students with technological access to the answers and the independence to do so immediately reinforces learning and their self-confidence.
