Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As we move into the second semester, I am working on preparing the classroom for the second group of students which will close out the 23-24 year. Each classroom has a unique set of students, each with their own needs, and being prepared in the classroom lessens the burden upon the students! It also ensures each student has access to the tools they need to learn.
In my classroom, I plan on using the supplies to make sure all my students are able to work on the assigned tasks and participate in engaging activities.
For example, the binders will ensure that students are able to keep their packets and handouts organized for the duration of the semester. Being that both of the courses I teach have cumulative finals, this is important so they are able to use all their materials to study at the end of the semester.
