This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are absolutely amazing and deserve the best learning possible. In low income neighborhoods, such as the school that I am honored to work in, motivation, engagement and purpose, drive my students towards success. It is inspiring to see the determination they exhibit to accomplish their goals and further their learning.
My Project
Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) is an amazing platform that I have used for years. I have always purchased and up-cycled different resources to fit the different needs and interests of my students.
With this school year being very different than previous years, I am really looking to have students engage in project based learning and possibly creating virtual interactive notebooks.
With that being said, the wide range of resources on TPT can make this mere idea possible. This year will be a challenge and I know I will be looking to "thrift" more ideas and resources than ever before!
