My Students

Our school is a loving, caring place where children are nurtured and given opportunities to grow and reach their fullest potential.
We are located in Missouri. Although my second graders live in poverty, they come to school with excitement and energy, ready to learn.
My Project
My second graders love learning about science and math, but they need more opportunities with technology and engineering. The iMac desktop computer will give my students the chance to work with computer coding apps, interactive STEM videos, and will help improve their general computer fluency. The Fairy Tales Problem Solving Kits will really get my kids working hands-on! These kits will go hand-in-hand with our fairy tale literacy unit. My kids will learn and use engineering skills while solving classic fairy tale story problems. Our classroom will be in full STEM mode!
