it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love that my students come to school each day with curiosity, excitement, and a strong desire to learn—no matter the challenges they may face. In our inclusive ICT classroom, each child brings unique strengths, learning styles, and needs. Some are developing social-emotional skills, others are building language, and many thrive with hands-on, collaborative experiences.
The tables and chairs I’m requesting will directly support their learning by creating a classroom environment that is structured, inclusive, and accessible.
Appropriately sized tables will help with posture and focus during independent work, while flexible group arrangements will make it easier for students to collaborate and engage in small-group instruction. Comfortable seating supports longer attention spans and helps minimize distractions, especially for students who benefit from sensory supports or need clear physical boundaries.
These resources are not just furniture—they’re tools that create a space where every child can feel safe, confident, and ready to do their best learning.
