Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have 3 bar height tables and and the stools that go with them have slowly worn out over time. The students absolutely love sitting at these tables, as it gives them flexible seating options and allows them to concentrate on their reading better. I need new bar stools for my tables so students can once again utilize this seating option and improve their concentration in my class.
Additionally, as class sizes have gotten larger, it is absolutely essential that I am able to use every bit of seating at my disposal.
Because the stools have worn out, my seating capacity has gone down. Students often express how much they enjoy sitting at the bar height tables, and state their concentration and comprehension is better when they're able to sit there.
