Help me give my students to move around, be comfortable, while they learn. Yoga ball chairs will do this for them. I have a few alternative seat options, and students are always clambering for those seat options.
I am fortunate enough to have sixth-grade students who have the desire to learn and progress; they work very hard and are motivated. The students are proactive to help each other when needed. They respect the differences and the unique qualities of their peers. They are even leaders in the school as they participate in different programs such as Student Council and Safety Patrol.
My students are creative, kind, energetic, and eager to learn.
I am proud of them and I am proud to call myself their teacher.
My Project
Students have had to endured the pandemic, an earthquake, extenuating circumstances at school, and so much more over the past two years. Students are in need of a safe and welcoming place to learn.
The yoga ball chairs and microphone materials will be an excellent way to create this inviting place to learn.
I have tried worked over time to add wobble chairs, and chairs on wheels, but the yoga balls will be the icing on the cake for our classroom. The Qball will also be a fun way to keep students engaged in discussions.
It will be a wonderful way to start off the new year for these students if we are able to get this project funded. I can't even imagine the looks on their faces. Thank you in advance.
