A lack of in-person learning during the pandemic has impacted our students socially as their opportunities for interpersonal connection and interaction was extremely limited through a critical phase of their lives. The requested resources will help students advance their academic well-being as the layout of our classroom using tables instead of individual desks will help to create a "college-like" environment. This prepares our students for education past high school, and ensures that the classroom environment will not have a negative effect on the students. This flexible and adaptable seating is better fit to our current classroom layout than the seating that we have presently.
