My students are young learners that come from all different background. For many kindergarten children, this is their first school experience. They learn independence, how to take control of their own learning and set and achieve goals.
My students learn to work hard and overcome challenges to help achieve goals.
Every child needs something different to meet their own educational needs. The goal is to create opportunities to meet the needs of all students through flexible seating. Seating options will provide students with the choice and provide them the opportunity to learn what works best for their learning style.
My Project
All students need the chance to move throughout the day. Students need to learn about themselves and what works best for them. Providing flexible seating will allow students both the chance to move and choose.
Flexible seating will provide students the choice and opportunity to learn in a way that best meets their own needs.
The seating options will give students choice and the chance to move during whole group instruction as well as during independent work time.
Students who are more comfortable in their own work space have a greater chances of achieving their goals and wanting to learn more.
