This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our classroom, we use tables instead of desks. It can sometimes make it difficult to have notebooks and library books on the table at the same time. The seat pockets will help students have books readily available to them, but will also free up space on the table when those books are not being used. The window coverings will provide coverage for the seven large windows that our classroom has. It is an old structure and is not equipped with window blinds or any type of proper window covering.
