Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are committed to expanding access to STEM learning by introducing coding and robotics with Spheros Indi Kits to our students, many of whom are from underserved backgrounds.
As a Title I school, we aim to provide equitable access to these vital technologies, which are often out of reach for students in low-income communities.
By acquiring the necessary equipment, we can ensure that all students, especially FARMS and minority scholars, gain exposure to high-quality STEM education that will help prepare them for future careers.
By fulfilling this donation request, it will benefit groups of students across multiple grade levels, from kindergarten through fifth grade. These robotics and coding tools will be integrated into the classroom curriculum ensuring that the entire student body can benefit from this opportunity. The impact will extend beyond individual students, creating a schoolwide culture of innovation and problem-solving.
