My Project
In this project - Students will work in reverse. Most drawings are created by adding materials to the paper.
With scratchboard, students have to think in reverse, problem solve and manage various textures when removing the dark top layer of scratchboard to reveal what is underneath.
Students will be able to choose between a metallic or a black and white option. With the new tools, they will be able to create the various highlights, shades and textures for a dynamic composition.
Having another art making process for students to explore their voice is vital to their growth as an artist and as an individual. Thank you for support.
