My Project
My students and I love hands-on experiences. I have taught a unit where we create a community with 3D shaped buildings. I want to expand this unit and have students create their buildings using miscellaneous "scraps".
I am asking for supplemental materials (safety cutters, batteries, Diode lights and Play Doh) so that we can make our buildings even better.
We are going to use cardboard, tape, glue, paper, etc. and students will have to use their creativity to design and make their buildings. This project will allow for great discussions about community designs, jobs, etc.
