My Students

I teach supplemental kindergarten for our district. This is where they come for a full day of school, when most of the students in our state go half day. My students are assigned to my classroom from throughout the district.

They are hard working and enthusiatic students.

They are so excited to learn and play. We work hard and play hard. They are creative and love art projects. They love to write and express their ideas. They love to use iPads and are excited to use the technology in our classroom.

My Project

I am so excited to have a class set of headphones for my class It will help my students with hearing the instructions and keeping the distractions away when they are using iPads with STMath and small group learning in the classroom.

Learning without distractions is difficult in a classroom of 5 year olds.

The headphones with cut down the noise when we are working in small groups and when we are using the iPads as a whole group. If each student has on headphones the students who are constantly talking to their neighbors will not interrupt the others learning.
