My Students

I teach first grade with 31 students. My students live in a low-socioeconomic area. We are a Title-One school that is in a turnaround program.

My students come to school every day with a smile on their faces eager and excited to learn.

My students each bring something special to my classroom to make it complete. Each student has a different home life, some better than others. I want to provide a safe, loving, classroom where students can learn and grow.

These materials will give my students the school supplies they need to be successful students.

Educational BINGO is a win-win!

Being able to play educational BINGO with my students is considered a win for me. This is a fun way to practice letter recognition, number recognition as well as addition and subtraction practice in a fun engaging way.

Providing my students different ways to learn and practice phonics through flipping through cards will help them become better readers and successful students. Students will be able to work on sight word recognition with the different sets of flashcards that will help them be better readers.
