it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Welcome to Stephen Foster IPS #67 4th and 5th grade Montessori classroom in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are a family of 24 curious students who would like to know more about the world around us. While we may be from a lower socioeconomic neighborhood with 83% free or reduced lunch, we hunger for new experiences.
Science is very popular among this eager group...always exploring and asking questions. A dependable, high quality microscope would be the perfect companion for most of our scientific inquiries. We would like to see the world up close and magnified. Prepared slides would enable us to look at different Kingdoms in the classification system, flora and fauna. We look forward to preparing our own slides too! This will be an integral part of all of our life science studies in biology and botany.
We would be so excited and extremely thankful for any support that would help us explore the world around us in this way. The microscope and slides would be so exciting! This support could bring us an up and coming scientist with great contributions for the future!
