Help me give my students preserved specimens and a stereoscope for our comparative anatomy unit.

it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This is my 9th year teaching but my first year at a new school. This year I am teaching AP Biology, Environmental Science, Honors Biology and 3 Co-Taught Biology classes. I teach these 3 courses with a Special Education Teacher so we can help meet the needs of our diverse students.
My biology students need preserved grasshoppers, earthworms, and rats for our comparative anatomy unit.
We also need 1 more stereoscope. When students are dissecting the specimens they need to remove organs and figure out how the body systems work. For example, during the rat dissection students will need to remove the heart and then dissect the heart using the stereoscope and look at the atrium and ventricles. They will need to compare this heart to the earthworm's and grasshopper's.
Studying comparative anatomy is important in learning how diverse species are related. In addition, learning to dissect tiny organs under a stereoscope are important skills that science students need. Many of my honors students have an interest in the medical field. Our dissection unit is the best time to practice some skills.
