it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a science teacher, I firmly believe Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math skills are a crucial part of todays curriculum. It is my goal to give my students the opportunity to collaborate, team build, and use critical thinking skills while being creative.
Most students from my school come from low socioeconomic backgrounds and many do not get the educational opportunities and resources that other students receive.
Our students deserve the best education that we can give them. They are unique in the sense that they always bring energy, excitement and the desire to do better. I have witnessed their enthusiasm for learning when provided with educational experiences that place them at the heart of the process.
The STEM kits and supplies that I have requested will provide a rich, engaging environment and help students in grades K-5 become strong, confident learners. Please consider making our "STEM" classroom thrive!
