My Project

Several of my students come from low income households while others have experienced a drastic decrease in their household income. This has made it difficult for their families to purchase items such as scientific calculators. Since each student would have a scientific calculator to use in class each day, each student would be better equipped to learn how to apply math to chemical reactions and other areas of chemistry. For example, they would be able to calculate how many moles of concentrated hydrochloric acid to react with 2 mol of a strong base.
