My Project
My students are eager to learn, but many struggle with complex calculations essential for mastering Algebra 1 concepts. A classroom set of scientific calculators would be a game-changer for my students, enabling them to tackle challenging problems confidently. Having scientific calculators available in the classroom would ensure that every student, regardless of their background, can fully participate and grasp key concepts. With scientific calculators, my students will be able to perform complex calculations quickly and accurately, explore algebraic concepts more deeply, such as solving equations, working with exponents, and understanding functions, and gain confidence in their math skills, which will help them succeed not just in Algebra 1, but in future math courses as well.
