This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Over the years, I've worked with young students who demonstrate an interest in science. From looking at butterflies to mixing paint to tracing their shadows on the ground, my students have always been curious about the world they live in.

They observe, predict, question, compare, and experiment during their play and during guided learning experiences.

Insects, spiders and squirrels have always sparked their interest and curiosity. The set of Science Viewers and the Color Sorting kit will be added to our classroom Discovery Center. My students will have an up-close look at sea life, insects, spiders, and other animals.
