The second-grade teachers at my school are looking for ways to supplement and enrich our current science curriculum to ensure we are meeting Utah’s SEED standards and by helping to inspire a passion for science in our students for the rest of their lives.
Our students love opportunities to be creative, explore, dive deep into learning, and have fun, and they deserve a science curriculum that allows them to do just that.
From experience using Mystery Science in the past, we know we can engage our students this year in science as they have never been engaged before. This program builds on their natural curiosity, gets them questioning the world around them, gives them opportunities to investigate with hands-on materials every single day, utilizes technology and pulls in other content areas. Please help us fund joy-inducing science experiences for our students and an opportunity to grow our science teaching repertoire as teachers for future years!
