My Students

My students love when we do science! We love to get messy and explore new things.

I have 24 inquisitive, science-loving students in my kindergarten classroom.

They love to do hands-on projects and get messy! We work at tables in our classrooms and the children like to spread out and work with each other but often complain about not having enough space.

My Project

As I watched my students planting seeds a few days ago, I kept running around the classroom pulling more and more paper towels off the roll to hand to them. I felt bad using so many paper towels and thought that a place mat of some sort for each child could help the children keep their areas neat and keep them working in their own space. I am asking for these craft trays so that we can use them when we do science projects and other craft projects.

My students really love to participate in science activities, however, the mess we make can sometimes take longer to clean up than the activity itself.

We would love to have these trays for our classroom so that making a mess could be the least of our worries! Your donation would allow for a quick clean up process and more time to do other science projects!
