My Project

Hello, everyone. I currently teach biology to 9th and 10th graders in a small, rural high school. We do many labs throughout the course, and the cost has continued to increase over the past several years.

My students learn about cells, DNA, photosynthesis, and more!

Labs help them to have a better understanding of the topics we cover. At the end of the year, I allow my students to dissect a frog and perch. They love them as much as I do. I teach around 75 students, and my classes range from honors to special education.

Materials such as gloves, disinfecting wipes, dish soap, toothpicks, coverslips, notebooks, and tape will allow us to conduct labs this school year. I also like to keep a stock of Band-Aids in my first aid kit in case a student may need one during a lesson. I would greatly appreciate any donation to my classroom. I appreciate your consideration!
