I teach a curious and enthusiastic group of middle school students who are eager to dive deeper into the world of science. We’re explore chemistry in 7th grade, and one of the most exciting and essential topics is acids, bases, and pH. To bring these abstract concepts to life, I’m requesting the Carolina Chemistry Topic Bundles: Acids, Bases, and pH.
This hands-on kit will provide my students with the opportunity to experiment, observe real chemical reactions, and engage in meaningful inquiry.
With these materials, they’ll learn how to identify acids and bases, measure pH levels using indicators, and understand the importance of these substances in everyday life—from food to cleaning products to biology.
Many of my students thrive with hands-on learning and benefit from seeing science in action. These kits will help me create memorable, engaging lessons that support deeper understanding and critical thinking.
