Help me give my students the chance to do many science experiments. Due to the whether changing a lot of opportunities that involve using natural sunlight are limited. Having heat lamps can be beneficial for many students.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students have so many personalities and needs, and as their teacher I really try my best to service them all. One thing that I have realized though is that my students are advocates for their education. Many of them are invested in coming to school everyday to gain knowledge that will help them go a long way.
Many of my students are 1st generation college bound students, and they are only in middle school!
If I can get them knowing more about college and providing them with so many different resources, and if that means providing them will classroom supplies or even books, to help them and to relieve some stress from parents who may not be able to give that support then I am willing to help.
My students are so special because they care, they may not always show it but they care. I am so grateful to be working at a school who wants to build that classroom culture for students, so that it is a joyful place for them to learn and want to come to school.
My Project
Many of the science experiments that are coming up need sunlight or some form of heat. However, since it is still winter natural sunlight is going to be very difficult. So, I want to be able to give my students the opportunity to still do all of these fun experiments. For any and all students science experiments are one of the most exciting time during school.
I do not want that opportunity to be lost for my students.
Having these heat lamps will not only benefit my students this year, but for future students. It can even help out other science teachers at my school who may also need the heat lamps.
Middle school is that time in a students life that can bring some influence in whether or not they could have a STEM career.
