My Project
Having an egg incubator in our TK classroom to hatch baby chicks would be amazing hands on learning experience. By receiving an incubator, my TK students will be able to learn about the life cycle of a chick directly through exploration in the classroom. Students will observe and learn about the growth process involved to go from fertilized egg to baby chick, and then observe how the chick grows and changes in the early stages of life.
My goal is to create an unforgettable experience that will hopefully encourage a life long curiosity for learning and exploring.
My TK students will be able expand their understanding about animal life cycles while seeing it in the classroom as we learn the process.
