My Project

These books inspire further curiosity from my students to engage and research the natural world around them. The books inspire knowledge and a closer exploration of a variety of species and habitats. Drawing slows children's brains down, is great for their social emotional help and allows them to really notice adaptations of animals.

I want all of my students to have the opportunity to really investigate science and foster their love of the earth.

Our school is in an urban neighborhood, so many children haven't had the choice to observe animals in their natural habitat. These books will provide windows!
