Science Is a Compound Topic

Help me give my students three compound microscopes and slide sets for them so that they can experience the science around them and get excited to learn more about biology.

My Project

Often in science, it can be hard for students to relate to the topics they are learning about because it's not something we can see with our bare eyes. These compound microscopes will make it easier for the students to examine different aspects of the world around them and be able to peak their interest.

The goal is to use the microscopes to dive deeper into our cell unit.

More than half of the students at my school come from low-income households in our South Carolina school. This will be a major chance for them to get excited about STEM education and gain more interest in school.
