This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
What I love about Preschool students is the fact that they enjoy hands-on experiments to explore and create physics; airplane launchers, magnetism, egg drop challenge, and wind turbine, chemistry; homemade volcanos, water filtration system, and measuring the effects of temperature on electrical resistance. I am requesting a Store & Explore Science Cart, Look & Discover First Science Kit, Science Funnels, and more for a great science experience that will foster their development. With an inviting learning center such as this, I'm sure that it would spark children’s interest and foster their development. Children at this age are natural scientists, they just need someone who could provide guidance needed in scaffolding their knowledge. Also they need the age appropriate materials in order to make this happen. Thank you.
