My Students
My students are from low income families in Akron, Ohio. I teach Pre-K with 18 students in the morning and 18 students in the afternoon. My four and five year olds are full of curiosity. I want to give them new experiences to help them achieve success.
My Project
All of the materials will be used during our small groups and centers. I like to provide a variety of materials each day to engage my students. All of these materials are hands-on activities too. I have a diverse group of learners in my classroom. These materials will give all my students a chance to explore, discover, and build. My students will be able to problem solve and reflect on their experiences. I am passionate about science and sharing science with my students. The materials will provide a science foundation.
