I have some kids that need an opportunity to explore some science concepts. All students benefit from hands-on activities and they really enjoy experiments.
I love getting them excited about science and showing examples of how things work.
If I get some supplies it will help them investigate and support problem-solving skills. It will also foster interest in STEM careers, which will help them break a cycle of poverty. I work in a Title I school with high needs and can't afford to buy all the supplies I need.
My Project
Our country and our world need more understanding of STEM concepts. My students will be able to make models of molecules and show how chemistry affects the world.
They will be able to make connections between chemistry and ecosystems.
They might even help solve problems that face our world today like how pollution affects all the habitats, especially our water!
Maybe some of them will end up in STEM careers and solve the complex issues facing the world today. Maybe they will become the next innovator like Steve Jobs or Bill Gates and change our whole way of life! Please donate today!
