My Project

These materials will be used in Biology I, AP Biology and Biotechnology. My students will use these materials in many different activities ranging from micro pipetting, gel electrophoresis and photosynthesis. Students will use the micropipettes to mix samples and load samples into gels and thermocyclers. The glue sticks are used to glue handouts and diagrams into student lab notebooks. The dye is used for micro pipetting activities, making slime (scientific method activity) and changing water color when changing variables for aquatic plants in photosynthesis. The cups are used in many different experiments.
