My students love to learn and the hands on tools are their favorites. Learning happens more effectively when students can handle tools and see results of cause and effect in real life.
I work in a low income school where the students do not have access to hands on experiential learning.
My program has given only basic supplies and even then, not enough to explore and learn with. Seeing the learning happen and being able to affect change is valuable for them.
I plan to set up centers where the students will rotate through and experiment with all the materials and learn from each of them.
