Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Quite a few of the students at our school have gone through some pretty tough life situations but still show up to school each day trying their best to learn. I want to provide them with great experiences in my class. I plan to use the shop vacuum to be the "wind" for our turbine project. As well as clean up pieces after our bridge building project. We also are in desperate need of new microscopes. Our department is down to 5 operational microscopes. As of right now we have to assign four to five students to each microscope and it would be great if we could get it down to only two students per microscope.
