Science and Art Fun for First Graders

Help me give my students science and art supplies. We have some fun projects that use clay, rubber bands and these other items.

My Project

I am gathering items for our hands-on science and art projects for our first graders. Having items like modeling clay and kraft paper bags will make it easier for us to do hands-on projects, which is where understanding concepts really makes an impression on little minds. We are learning about lots of fun topics such as light and sound waves, the Earth and its history, shadows, and best of all, animals.

My students really enjoy working with their hands to create models.

They can create and recreate, which helps with problem-solving skills that are crucial skills that all kids need.
