My Project
Imagine a unique outdoor classroom where students learn responsibility, sustainability, and science by caring for live animals. That’s the vision behind our school’s chicken coop project—a hands-on learning environment that brings lessons in biology, agriculture, and environmental stewardship to life. By raising chickens, students will not only discover where food comes from, but also develop empathy, teamwork, and a sense of ownership through daily care and observation. Fresh eggs are just the beginning—the coop will serve as a living lab, supporting lessons across multiple subjects and grade levels. It’s an opportunity to teach real-world skills while fostering curiosity and connection with nature. With your support, we can build a safe, engaging, and educational space that benefits our entire school community.
