My Students

When most people go to work, they are greeted by a computer, a register, or a telephone. I get greeted by tiny, smiling faces that are eager to learn. These amazing students are the reason I gladly stay till five at night, come in on the weekends, and toss and turn at night thinking about their successes and areas of improvement.

There is growing scientific evidence that shows students environments greatly impact their ability to learn and their test scores.

My goal is to create a classroom environment and provide supplies that help students thrive to the best of their ability. My students are kind, giving, happy and dedicated to their education. Knowing that cheeseburgers are my favorite food, I often hear "Mrs. Crane, meet me in the cafeteria, cheeseburgers are on the menu today. You can share mine with me!" They have pride in who they are, how hard they work at school, and the bond we have made. At my school, more than half of our students are economically disadvantaged, and many come from foster programs and/or are English language learners. Thank you for considering donating to our school family!

My Project

Hello donors, we have started distant learning and it looks like it will continue for many more months in my county. I sent large bags of materials home at the start of the year but I am gearing up to restock the students based of the needs. These materials are vital to ensuring students are able to learn and participate at home.

Majority of my students do not have access to these important school tools without the support and donations of others.

Students will be able to apply their learning with these tools participating in, basic math, writing, art, close reads and much more with these basic tools. When students receive these type tools they take pride in their education and have motivation to work. Thank you for considering choosing to help my class family.
