This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I like to begin the school year with school supplies my students will need.

My classroom will need to replenish glue sticks, graph paper, patty paper, and tape for their math and science notebooks to name a few of the supplies needed to finish off the school year well-stocked.

Students are often asked to bring school supplies at the beginning of the year. I was able to provide them with their supplies thanks to the generosity of DonorsChoose, but they did not last the entire year. Students will use the materials ordered for the work in our Science interactive notebooks, and create foldables, among other things.

A well-supplied classroom will allow my students to participate fully in our classroom activities.
