My Students
Did you know that only one in ten students growing up in poverty will graduate from college? The struggles of growing up in an economically disadvantaged community are real. My students need adequate school supplies to finish their school year on track and meet their potential.
Almost all of my students are economically disadvantaged, and my students with learning disabilities face added challenges every day.
Help us provide each and every student with an excellent education by making sure they have everything they need when they are in my classroom.
My Project
The need for basic school supplies in my classroom is urgent. With these classroom supplies, my students will be able to work towards grade-level mastery of content and become competitive with their higher-income peers. The items I have requested are crucial because they will allow me to provide high-impact instruction for students who need it the most and the occasional band-aid in the case of emergencies.
