This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Going into my second year at this new job, my goal for my students is to help show them the benefits of organization when it comes to their success. With last year being my first year at the job, I still was getting a hang of what supplies I needed to make this happen. However, now that I have experienced a year in this new atmosphere, I know what supplies I need going forward to make my goals of organization a reality.

This project consists of basic classroom supplies and tools that will help my classroom and my students feel more organized.

This project consists of red pens for peer feedback, highlighters for annotating, rulers for straight lines, hole punches, and paper cutters for organizing their binders, staples, and other necessities. These school supply basics will be the foundation for learning how to organize our thoughts in our math classroom and ultimately help to create a successful year and equal opportunities for all of my students.
