My Students

My students are absolutely incredible! My students are third graders who come from many different backgrounds. Most of them are low income. Despite COVID setbacks and online school, these students have been working so hard to reach their goals in reading and math.

I can honestly say that I am excited to come to school to see these students!

I feel that sometimes I learn from these students more than they learn from me!

My Project

Because of COVID this year, many students have come to school with gaps in their learning and a lack of school supplies. There are basic things students need to have in the classroom to be able to learn to the best of their abilities. Unfortunately, students who come to school unprepared feel out of place among their peers. It can be uncomfortable to not have the supplies that everyone else has.

I have requested storage centers, scissors, colored pencils, highlighters, and markers.

My goal is to help my students come to school on an even playing field and have everything they need to excel!
