School Supplies Creates A School and At-Home Connection!

Help me give my students a connection between school and at-home learning with these School Essential Kits.

My Students

My Pre-K students walk into my classroom every day ready to learn, explore and build communities within the classroom. We have adopted an early childhood curriculum in our district that requires more intentional teaching in small groups with reading, writing, math, social studies, and science.

I teach at a Title I school where 100% of the students receive free lunch and limited resources.

My goal is to make sure my students have all the resources they need to be successful.

My Project

The School supplies Kits, Books and Backpackes will help bridge the gap for my students with classroom and at-home learning. My students will have the materials at home to practice and improve on the learning skills that are conducted inside the classroom. These materials are essential in closing the gap between classroom and at-home learning.

A school and at-home connection is very important in a early childhood classroom, it creates a partnership between teacher, student and parent.

It also increase parent involvement which has proven to be beneficial in students learning.
