School Nurse Needs Refrigeration in Clinic to Store Student Medication

Help me give my students needed refrigerator to store medication, snacks for diabetics, pudding and apple sauce to mix medication into for those who are not able to take pills whole. I am a school nurse .

My Project

I love that student with medical needs can stay in school because our district staffs each school with a nurse. Annually, we receive a yearly budget to equip our clinics mostly with bandages, wraps, cups, calibrated medication cups, tooth holders, and other medical and office supplies. When I started this school in 2006, my mini refrigerator was already a few years old. I use it to store medications, snacks for students with diabetes and other medical and supplemental necessities. Last school year the freezer needed defrosting often due to build up. The rubber seal around the door is cracking and there is a crack on the door shelf. This year the iced built up on freezer immediately. Help me properly and safely store medication. Mediation requires a certain temperature range. Thank you for considering my needs.
