My Students

My class is made up of 23 energetic and unique students this year! They come to school every day eager to learn and do their very best! My hope for them is to have an inviting, up-to-date classroom for their minds to blossom and grow into big second graders and eventually young adults!

I want them to have Scholastic News to help teach them about real-life topics!

My Project

My students enjoy learning about real-life topics. Scholastic not only helps them learn about topics from current day to way back to history, but Scholastic also makes it easy for my first graders to understand. Students in the past have enjoyed learning using colorful magazines and the extra printable resources that come with the program. Students also get videos that go along with the topics to help them understand the science or social study topic more. Games and flashcards are available too! Scholastic sure makes learning fun for my students!
