My Project

I am excited to request a subscription to Scholastic magazines for my third-grade classroom. My students are curious and eager to explore the world, and these magazines offer the perfect blend of engaging content and educational value. Each issue is filled with age-appropriate articles that align with our current social studies and science topics, making learning both relevant and exciting.

The Scholastic magazines provide on-level reading materials that enhance our curriculum by offering real-world connections to what we are studying.

For instance, when we discuss communities and cultures in Social Studies, the magazines offer stories and activities from communities around the world.

These resources not only support our academic goals but also help improve literacy skills by providing engaging reading opportunities. With captivating visuals and well-written articles, the magazines encourage students to read more and develop a love for learning. They also include interactive activities and questions that promote critical thinking and comprehension.

My goal is to provide students with diverse perspectives and knowledge about the world around them. These magazines will help create an inclusive learning environment where students can see themselves reflected in the content while learning about others.
