Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The first day of school is a special moment filled with excitement, nerves, and new beginnings. To help celebrate this milestone and support our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program, we're creating a fun and welcoming photo booth for our students! This project will provide a backdrop, props, and supplies to set up a photo station where students can capture their first-day smiles.
Not only will this boost student morale and create lasting memories, but it will also reinforce our PBIS values—building a positive school culture, encouraging pride in our community, and starting the year with joy and connection.
These photos can be shared with families, displayed in hallways, or used as part of our classroom goals and celebrations throughout the year.
