Last year was the start of my school's drama club after being on hiatus thanks to COVID. The kids were excited that they could use their energy to show their creative side. While I edited the script of the play, these amazing kids adjusted the script, made additions to it, added props and action moves, and encouraged each other to do their best. They embraced it all! After many practices, we recorded their performance in order to share it with their classmates and parents. However, we discovered that their voices were too quiet to make it onto the recording. Having these voice amplifiers will allow these actors to put their all into performing and not have to worry about being heard. The variety of play books will allow them to choose what they want to perform and allow us to perform more by using shorter plays. At the end of the year, I learned how close this group of kids became - it did not matter if they were 8 or 11 years old. They learned to work together, support each other, and not be afraid to let themselves shine!
