Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I am very lucky to have such a culturally diverse group of students. For the majority of them, English is not their first language and they live below the poverty line. My students do not let these things stop them from coming to school and trying their hardest every day.

My students are hardworking and driven to do their very best.

It is my goal to provide them with the knowledge and resources they need to be successful as they continue their education.

My Project

Having a safe and sanitary spot for all of my students supplies is a top priority this year. I want to keep my students healthy by making sure they do not need to share supplies. This means that all students need to have their own supplies and a place nearby to keep them.

These seat back sacks will allow quick and easy access to all supplies, so students won't have to worry about spreading germs.

My third graders have been doing an exceptional job adjusting to the less than ideal situation we are in. I do not want them to have to worry about anything except learning!
